 Customer Care

We believe that a culture of Customer Care lies at the foundation of a great boat ownership experience. At Ranger Tugs, we are dedicated to providing the best customer service in the recreational boating industry. It’s an endeavor that we’ve focused on since the first Ranger Tug rolled out of the factory.

The Ranger Tugs customer service team is led by Kenny Marrs who has been with Fluid Motion for over 15 years. Kenny knows our boats inside and out and manages a team of ten skilled customer service professionals that are here to make sure your time on the water is comfortable and fun. We also work closely with all of our Ranger Tugs dealers to ensure they are able to deliver the highest level of support to our customers.

If you have a question for our customer service team, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Video Training Overview

The following videos are produced by Ranger Tug owner and valued Community Member, Bob Whale. We've provided resources from our Factory Training, and Bob has graciously compiled them into easily digestible video overviews covering the systems and operational procedures on a per-model basis. This is an ongoing effort, we're working to complete videos across the entire Ranger Tugs Model Range. Videos will be posted as they are completed.
